In a safe, intimate and casual environment, a group of up to ten couples are going to experience:

 

    *What are sacred relationships and what does true intimacy mean?
    *Making tantra and eros a way of life
    *Connection between health, sex and sexual alchemical union
    *Understanding your partner’s hidden logic, goals, and values
    *Listening exercises, including stating your truth and active listening
    *Understand the important role of the neurotransmitters serotonin and dopamine in maintaining a healthy relationship
    *Guided couples yoga & tantric breath
    *Exercises and meditations to clear old behavioral and thought patterns that  inhibit intimacy
    *Learn how to activate the highest expression of a relationship
    *How to create sacred space and sacred partner practices, such as using aphrodisiacal oils
    *A romantic, gourmet live-food candle light dinner with delicious dessert served by the Tree of Life Café
    *Evening of intimate music
    *Exercises on the practice of being present in a relationship
    *Clarifying, choosing, and preparing for new commitments in the relationship
    *Making new vows for your relationship
