We welcome you to the first International Modern Essene Gathering.   We will be focusing on developing a worldwide approach to activating the Essene mission of elevating consciousness on the planet.

 

From the remote ages of antiquity a remarkable teaching has existed which is universal in its application and ageless in its wisdom.  Traces of the teaching have appeared in almost every country and religion as far back as ten thousand years.

There still is a modern Essene movement in motion. Modern Essene thought still holds fast to a Natural Conscious Living Lifestyle, replete with a vegan live-food diet and regular fasting. The story of the Essenes offers us inspiration and insight into how to live balanced, harmonious lives. The Wisdom of the Essenes is re-emerging in our time to teach the basic oneness of all life and reawaken people to the Ageless Wisdom tradition that the Essene Kinship guarded for all humanity.

This is a clarion call (a powerful call for action by the blowing of a horn) to all Essene Ministers, Priest and Priestesses, spiritual leaders of all cultures and traditions, students of theology, Kabbalah, Mystical Christianity, and anyone interested in uniting for peace.  Rabbi Gabriel Cousens, M.D., M.D.(H), D.D., Essene Priestess Shanti Golds-Cousens, M.A., Essene Reverend Martina Hill welcome you to the first international Modern Essene Gathering. We will be focusing on developing a worldwide approach to activating the Essene mission of elevating consciousness on the planet.

Also! Partake in web-streamed channeling session with Kevin Reyerson entitled "From Adam to the Apocalypse – A New Revelation for Modern Essenes".  This live channeling event will be offered only to Gathering participants.  In addition to sending healing light out across the planet, part of our focus will be to draft a comprehensive plan for peace and collective liberation for the next twenty-two years.

 

 

Topics of classes and discussions will include:


  • Essene history and beyond. Learn how these unique people have preserved their wisdom teachings for thousands of years through multiple dispensations.  Learn how these teaching apply to our lives today.
  • The Essene Communions have been an indispensible part of this tradition.  Discover the daily communions for the first time, or embrace them on a deeper level.  “The practice of the fourteen communions brings about an inner experience or expansion of consciousness, enabling the individual to make conscious use of the invisible forces of nature and the cosmos.” ~ E.B.   • Discover the Divine interface between B’nei Noach (Christians) and B’nei Yisrael (Jews) in teamwork, as the righteous ones who are prophesied to heal the world.
  • Engage in stimulating Kabbalah study.  As evidenced in the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Essenes were specific carriers of preserved kabbalistic teachings.
  • Devotion and the Art of Prayer – Five methods of advanced mystical prayer and devotion will be shared, including experiential exercises and  key passages from the Dead Sea Scrolls
  • Essene Nutrition and Lifestyle will include lectures about the Essene lifestyle and general Questions and Answers with Gabriel.

 

 

Other activities will include:

  • Shabbat Ceremony to initiate the Shabbat, followed by Shaktipat Meditation.
  • Havdallah Ceremony to close the Shabbat, with Torah study.
  • Satsang – a time for spiritual questions and answers with Gabriel.
  • Daily Tri-Yoga classes with Shanti Golds-Cousens.
  • Ophanim breathings and energetic Hebrew letter postures. "Ophanim" is the name for a specific system of "sacred" physical postures and internal exercises, which are based on the Hebrew alphabet and Jewish mystical tradition (Kabalah). It is a kind of Jewish "yoga" in the true sense of a practice, which unifies and heals the spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical sides of man. It works with only a relatively few postures in a specific order based on the earliest Jewish mystical text called the Sefer Yetzira (the Book of Creation/Formation). Ophanim works simultaneously as a physical exercise, breathing practice, meditation on breath, body awareness, and internal sound, attunement with the creation, clearing of the mind and renewal of internal energy.
  • Mikvah – experience an ancient Essene water cleansing ritual, popularized by John the Baptist.

  • Daily gourmet raw vegan meals from our world-renowned Tree of Life Café, including sprouts from our Sprout House, which grows over 25 kinds of sprouts.  Freshly harvested garden greens and vegetables are served with every meal.
  • Unlimited wheatgrass juice.

Rabbi Gabriel Cousens M.D.            Rabbi Sir Gabriel Cousens, MD, MD(H), DD, Senior Essene World Teacher, Student of Kabbalah for 40 years, Founder of the Tree of Life Essene Communities in the US and Nicaragua, Knighted by both the Eastern Orthodox Imperial Orders of Constantine the Great and of Saint Helen and also by the Sovereign Order of the Orthodox Knights Hospitaller of Saint John of Jerusalem, founder of the Essene Order of Light in 1993, for the training of Essene priests and priestesses.

 

 

 

Shanti Golds-Cousens has dedicated her life to love, service and devotion.  The depth of her experience in the spiritual and healing arts, along with her compassionate presence, inspires and illuminates the lives of all those she serves.  After many years of study she has been ordained as an Essene Priestess in the Essene Order of Light, and she is currently assisting Gabriel specifically in the preparation and training of priestesses.

 

 

 

 

 

Reverend Martina Hill (Central Bible College, Ministerial Training Wheaton College, BA Theology) is a student of Essene awareness for 40 years with a degree in Theology from the Wheaton College, leader of the Essene ministerial outreach in Sonoma County for more than a decade and also maintained the Essene Circle Community Center with Yoga Program, Kabbalah studies, live food offerings and bookstore, events planning & festival outreaches for Essenes & Peace 21;  provided weekend workshops and published writings for the Rosicrucian Order (AMORC), extensive studies with the Biblical Archeology Society; professional Intuitive Counselor for 20 years; gifted in healing prayer, symbolism and dream interpretation.

 

 

Musical Guests include Spring of Songs (featuring Essene Rock for the Modern Age) and Aaron Jacobson; Music for the Aquarian Age and others!

How much?     Tuition for the Modern Essene Gathering is $747 per person (price does not include lodging), including passes to the events and activities, all-access to the Tree of Life facilities (hot tubs, non-chlorinated pool, far-infrared sauna) plus 100% organic Live-Food cuisine and vegetable juices.


Accommodations:


Option 1:  Lodging at the Tree of Life Casitas and Orchard House is $50 per person, per night, shared accommodation.  Space limited to 24 guests.
